Group exercise classes are perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels. It is a great opportunity to improve your fitness, as well as nurture your mental health and enhances community connections. Exercising with a group can assist you to stay motivated to reach your fitness goals, as well as providing an opportunity to socialise and have fun!
Fit by Chance is a group exercise class run by Alison (Ally) Chance.
Ally has a Bachelor of Health Science (majoring in Health Promotion and Health Service Management) as well as a Certificate 3 in Group Fitness and has worked within government and non-government organisations both locally and internationally for over 10 years.
Throughout this time, Ally has always exercised to maintain a healthy lifestyle, manage mental stress and make social connections.
Once starting a family, attending a gym or group training sessions became challenging, so for 6 years, Ally has been solely training around family commitments at home. Ally delivers this style of training in group training sessions at the Bundanoon Club on Tuesday evenings 6.00pm- 7.00pm and Saturday mornings 7.30pm-8.30pm, making it more accessible for people to attend exercise classes.
Each class is individually designed to suit the needs of all fitness levels. These classes include cardio, strength training, boxing and most importantly are challenging and enjoyable.
