About the restaurant and the role

The Bundanoon Club has gone through exciting improvements over the last 6 months and that includes its food.


The Paddock restaurant run by head chef Anthony Pellegrino is looking for a passionate chef who enjoys everything about food. The right candidate will learn a rustic southern Italian cuisine, methods & techniques.

Role responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • The ability to manage designated section in the kitchen

  • Organizational skills

  • Attention to detail

  • The ability to make great food consistently

 Successful applicant will:

  • Have strong organizational and time management skills;

  • Be highly motivated and eager to grow and learn with the restaurant;

  • Have the ability to produce quality meals consistently even whilst under pressure;

  • Have fun in a great team environment and enjoy coming to work every shift
